This event was August 24-26 in Mahwah, NJ and stationed out of the Sheraton Hotel - very ritzy! There were about 35 cars and almost double that number of people. The pizza place was packed on Friday night. We had 4 drive groups Saturday and all ended up at a great diner called the Chatterbox for lunch. Complete with 50's music and a hot rod in the center of the restaurant; it was good food, company and atmosphere for car guys. We did a mini drive on Sunday before heading north for home. Next is the VT meet - Green Mountain Tour 2007 - in mid September. Got some good ideas from this meet for the Vermont one :) Event Thread at S2KCA.com (opens in new window) |
